What actually happens in a session?

We begin with what's alive in you right now — a recurring dream, a relationship pattern you're tired of repeating, a decision you can't make, a feeling you can't name. But we're not just responding to what arises in the moment. We're following a thread. Each session builds on the last. Together we're working with both the presenting issue in your life AND the soul's wishes underneath it. I'm holding the larger arc of your work — listening for what's beneath the surface, noticing the patterns that keep appearing, tracking the deeper call inside what isn't working. We work with whatever wants to come through: words, images, dreamwork, shadow work, the wisdom of your body. Some sessions feel like relief. Some feel like revelation. Some are quiet and slow. The psyche moves at its own pace, and we follow that rather than force it. You'll never leave a session without something to hold onto — whether that's a new awareness, a practice, a question to sit with, or simply the feeling of being truly heard. And we'll carry that thread forward into our next meeting. This is not six isolated conversations. It's a journey with continuity, held by both of us.

How is Jungian coaching different from therapy?

Therapy tends to focus on healing past wounds and processing trauma. Jungian coaching starts with what's emerging now — what's trying to come through you, what wants to be lived. We're not diagnosing or treating mental health conditions. We're partnering with your psyche toward wholeness. We work with dreams, shadow, images, and the body — but our focus is forward-facing: what's calling you toward your next becoming? That said, many people do both. Therapy and Jungian coaching can absolutely complement each other. One tends the past; the other tends the emergence. If you're in acute mental health crisis or need clinical support, please work with a licensed therapist. Jungian coaching is not a substitute for therapy.

How is Jungian coaching different from traditional coaching?

Traditional coaching helps you set goals and achieve what you think you want — more success, better habits, specific outcomes. It's ego-driven and action-focused. Jungian coaching asks: What is your Self calling you toward right now — even if it's not what your ego thinks it wants? We're not here to optimize your productivity or help you hit external milestones. We're here to help you listen to the deeper intelligence within you and live from that — even when (especially when) it asks you to change course entirely. This work is about meaning, not just achievement. Integration, not just insight. Becoming who you truly are, not who you think you should be.

Do I need to be in crisis or have a clear problem to start?

Not at all. You don't need to be falling apart to do this work. Many people come because something feels quietly off — not broken, just... not right. A sense that life could be more alive. A pattern they're tired of repeating. A call they can't quite name but keep hearing anyway. You don't need the right words for what's wrong. You just need the quiet sense that something in you is asking to be heard. That's enough.

I've never done therapy or depth work before. Is that okay?

Yes, absolutely. You don't need any prior experience with therapy, coaching, or Jungian psychology. Some people come to this work as their first experience with depth work. Others come after years of therapy, seeking something different. Both are welcome here. All you need is curiosity and a willingness to look honestly at yourself — even (especially) at the parts you've been avoiding.

What if I don't remember my dreams? Can I still do this work?

Yes. Dreams are one tool, not the only tool. Many people don't remember their dreams regularly, and that's completely fine. We work with whatever material is available: the patterns you notice in waking life, the emotions and sensations in your body, the images and metaphors that feel alive to you, the places where you feel stuck or triggered. We can also work with active imagination, voice dialogue, focusing, creative practices (writing, drawing, movement), fairy tales, tarot cards, fantasies, daydreams, and projections — all doorways into the psyche's language. Your inner world doesn't need dreams to speak — it will find a way through. We'll follow whichever language your psyche is using right now. (That said, if you want to start remembering dreams, we can work with that too. Sometimes just paying attention invites them back.)

Can I do this if I'm already in therapy?

Yes. Many people do both, and they complement each other beautifully. Therapy often focuses on healing the past and processing trauma. Jungian coaching focuses on what's emerging now and what wants to be lived going forward. If you're working with a therapist, I'd encourage you to let them know you're also doing coaching. Most therapists appreciate the partnership — especially when the work serves different aspects of your growth.

How does online coaching work? What platform do we use?

All sessions are conducted over Zoom. After you book, you'll receive a unique meeting link for your session. You can join from anywhere with a stable internet connection — all you need is a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable going inward. I work with clients across multiple time zones. We'll find a time that works for both of us.

Question 9

How often do we meet and how long are sessions?

Your first session is 90 minutes — enough time to arrive fully, explore what's brought you here, and begin sensing what the psyche is asking of you. Each subsequent session is 60 minutes. Most people meet every 1-2 weeks, though the pacing is flexible and responsive to what's alive in your process. Some people prefer weekly sessions while going through something intense; others prefer bi-weekly for integration time between sessions. We'll find the rhythm that serves your journey.

Question 10

What's your cancellation/rescheduling policy?

Life happens. I get it. If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice and we'll find another time that works. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee, unless there's an emergency or extenuating circumstance. (In which case, just let me know — we'll work it out.)

What's the difference between Foundation Journey and Integration Journey? Which is right for me?

Foundation Journey is for people who are new to this work or starting fresh. This is where we meet what's been waiting — where the patterns start to speak and the shadow work begins. We're building the foundation for your ongoing relationship with your inner life. Integration Journey is for people who have already done foundational depth work (with me or elsewhere) and are ready to go deeper. Here we focus on integrating insight into lived experience, embodying what you've learned, and crossing into new territory. Not sure which one fits? What is the "AI as Mirror" package and how does it work?

Most people use AI to get things done faster. What almost no one has discovered yet is that it can be an extraordinary mirror for your psyche. When approached with the right intention and structure, AI can reflect back patterns you genuinely cannot see on your own — the wounds underneath the wounds, the complexes shaping your present, the deeper map of who you are. Not because AI is magical, but because it holds everything you bring to it without flinching, without agenda, without the distortions of its own history. This three-session package teaches you how to use Claude AI as a legitimate tool for self-discovery alongside Jungian psychology, astrology, journaling, tarot, or whatever frameworks you're already working with. You'll learn how to bring your full inner life into conversation with it — your dreams, your shadows, your body's wisdom — and how to ask the questions that actually open something. The risk: The more sophisticated you become at using AI for inner work, the more sophisticated your ego becomes at using it to avoid inner work. Gathering insights instead of feeling feelings. Opening a chat when you should just sit with what's alive in you. Insight without embodiment is not healing — it's a very intelligent way to stay stuck. These sessions exist to help you walk the right side of that line. To build a practice that genuinely serves your individuation, not one that quietly feeds your avoidance while feeling profound. AI can hand you things you didn't know how to reach. But it's you that must walk through the door. These sessions make sure you actually do. Three sessions, 60 minutes each. $88 per session — or $244 upfront, saving $20.

Do you offer sliding scale pricing — and what does that mean?

Yes. Sessions are offered on a sliding scale — noted on the home page for each offering — using the Green Bottle model, a framework created by Alexis J. Cunningfolk, built on mutual trust rather than proof of need. This scale invites honest reflection on your actual financial situation — your access to savings, financial stability, property or assets, and whether money is a source of ongoing stress in your daily life. If you have financial security and access to resources, paying toward the higher end directly makes this work accessible to someone who doesn't. If money is genuinely tight and a barrier to getting support, the lower end exists for you — without explanation or apology. Same sessions. Same presence. Same work. Whatever you choose. To discuss sliding scale, simply mention it when you reach out or book your discovery call. No proof of income, no justification required.
